• Processing Fee: Fees paid for processing services include a non-refundable administrative fee along with any applicable government or third-party vendor charges.

• Service Initiation: A service is considered "initiated" once our executives review your documents, upload data to a government portal, or confirm a third-party booking.

2. Service-Specific Cancellation Frameworks:

Category A: Government Documentation & E-Governance Services

(e.g., Aadhaar updates, PAN services, Passports, Driving Licenses, ITR filings, and Gazette modifications)

• Before Processing Begins: If you cancel your request before our executives review or input your details into government databases, you are eligible for an 80% refund of our service fee.

• After Processing Begins: Once data is uploaded, government portal charges are paid, or application numbers are generated, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

• Application Rejection: If a government department rejects an application due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid documents provided by the user, no refund will be issued.

Category B: Travels, Tours, and Chauffeur-Only Services

(e.g., Pilgrimage tours, flights, trains, hotel reservations, and premium driver assignments)

• Flight & Train Tickets: Cancellations and refunds follow the specific guidelines of the respective airline or Indian Railways (IRCTC). Any refunds approved by the carrier will be passed along to the user, minus our standard booking convenience fee.

• Custom Pilgrimage & Tour Packages:

  • Cancellation requests made 30 days or more before departure: 70% refund of the total tour cost.

  • Cancellation requests made 15 to 29 days before departure: 40% refund of the total tour cost.

  • Cancellation requests made less than 14 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

• Premium Driver-Only Services: Cancellations for hourly or daily shift chauffeurs made up to 12 hours before the scheduled assignment start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a base shift fee as a cancellation penalty.

• App-Based Bookings (Food Delivery & Commercial Cab Fleets): Please note that cancellation parameters, window limits, and automated refund timelines for On-Demand Food Delivery and Commercial Cab Fleet Bookings are governed completely by the live rules built directly into the Vighnahar Mobile Application. Please check your in-app order dashboard or trip panel to view real-time eligibility before cancelling.

Category C: Website & Mobile App Development Services

(VIGHNAHAR DIGITAL SERVICES MODULES)

• Development contracts follow project milestone billing.

• Deposits or milestone payments for completed development phases are non-refundable.

• If a project is cancelled mid-phase, the user must pay for all development hours and software asset costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Category D: Pure Veg Food Delivery Services

(e.g., Daily tiffin runs and restaurant orders)

• On-Demand Orders: Once a restaurant or home kitchen accepts an order and begins preparation, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Monthly Tiffin Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations require a 48-hour notice. We will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of the month, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

• App-Based Bookings (Food Delivery & Commercial Cab Fleets): Please note that cancellation parameters, window limits, and automated refund timelines for On-Demand Food Delivery and Commercial Cab Fleet Bookings are governed completely by the live rules built directly into the VIGHNAHAR Mobile Application. Please check your in-app order dashboard or trip panel to view real-time eligibility before cancelling.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

• Review Process: Once an eligible cancellation request is verified, our billing team will review and approve the refund within 5 business days.

• Credit Turnaround: Approved refund amounts will be credited back via the original payment mode (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit card). The funds typically appear in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on banking network processing times.

4. Plans & Pricing
